At FatBlaster, we know plans can shift, so you have 24 hours from the moment your payment is confirmed to request any order changes or cancellations. After that 24-hour window, your order moves into our fulfillment process and can no longer be altered.
To make a change—whether it’s adjusting the items, quantities, or shipping address—please contact our Customer Support team via the “Contact Us” page within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and the specific adjustment you’d like.
If you need to cancel, reach out to Customer Support within that same 24-hour period. Cancellations requested after one day cannot be processed; once your order enters processing or shipping, it will proceed normally.
Please note that orders for customized or personalized FatBlaster products are finalized quickly to meet production schedules. If you’ve ordered a custom item, contact us immediately—changes or cancellations beyond the 24-hour window may not be possible.
For any order canceled within the 24-hour period, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies. You’ll receive email updates as soon as your order is modified, canceled, or shipped so you’re always in the loop.
