Returns Eligibility (Standard 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
You may return any FatBlaster product within 90 days of receipt, provided it remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or shows signs of use. Please inspect your order upon arrival before unsealing any packaging. -
Two-Year Warranty Returns & Replacements
If you purchased our optional two-year warranty, you may return your product at any time during that period for a replacement or full refund. Warranty returns must also meet the unused, unopened, original-packaging conditions. -
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the defect. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and replace the item at no additional cost. -
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange the return and, at your preference, either send the correct item or issue a refund. -
Condition of Returned Items
All returns are subject to inspection. If a returned product arrives damaged (beyond its original packaging), we cannot issue a refund or replacement under the money-back guarantee. Please package items carefully to avoid transit damage. -
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility—unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). -
